nsthings.xyz is an MVP marketplace for people connected to Network School-style communities to list, find, borrow, rent, sell, buy, barter, or give away useful things. Access may be limited, changed, paused, or removed while the service is being tested.
By using the site, you agree to use it respectfully, lawfully, and only for genuine marketplace activity. You are responsible for your own account activity and for keeping your login access secure.
No guarantees
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accurate listings, successful exchanges, thing quality, user identity, delivery, payment, refunds, safety, or that any listing will remain available.
Transactions and meetups are arranged directly between users. Use your own judgment, inspect things before completing an exchange, and choose safe meeting arrangements.
User content and listings
You are responsible for listings, messages, photos, prices, availability, contact details, and any other content you submit. Please keep listings accurate and remove or update things that are no longer available.
Do not post illegal, unsafe, misleading, stolen, counterfeit, regulated, or otherwise inappropriate things or content. We may edit, hide, remove, or refuse content when we believe it is necessary for safety, trust, legal compliance, or product quality.
Payments, exchanges, and disputes
Unless a feature explicitly says otherwise, nsthings.xyz is not a payment processor, escrow provider, delivery service, insurer, or party to user-to-user transactions. Users decide transaction terms between themselves.
We may try to help with abuse reports or obvious mistakes, but we are not obligated to mediate disputes, recover money, replace things, or enforce private agreements between users.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to harass others, scrape or attack the site, bypass access controls, impersonate someone, upload malware, spam users, collect data without permission, or violate law or community rules.
We may suspend access, remove content, or block activity if we believe it creates risk for the service or its users.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, nsthings.xyz and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses connected to user transactions, unavailable service, inaccurate content, or third-party conduct.
If a legal limit applies and cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by applicable law.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
